Golden State Electric offers a full range of services ranging from technical support over the phone or internet, commissioning of new equipment installations, on-site preventative maintenance and calibration services on multi-vendor equipment, and full system analyses. Our highly skilled technicians are also able to offer on-site repairs, minimizing system down time, and associated repair costs.

How can Golden State Electric help you?

COMMISSIONING

Providing assurance for building owners, mechanical contractors, and inspectors that their new sensor net is functioning as designed.

REPAIR

Asses the unit during calibration. If we find any faults, we’ll generate a quote to show all the costs to repair the problem and troubleshoot from there.

CALIBRATION

We provide calibrations to manufacturer specifications with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable gases.

DESIGN

Building and engineers send us mechanical & construction plans to us so that we can design a system that complies with local code requirements of noxious gas detection systems.

INSTALLATION

We are able to install new systems or replace existing systems with like units. We’ll quote all new installs and retrofits after an on-site visit.

RETROFIT

We upgrade old systems without having to do a major renovation on the facility. These jobs won’t need to go out for public bid or require additional wiring, engineering, etc.

EQUIPMENT SALES / PROCUREMENT

We represent, service, source, and distribute 7 different brands.

 

Fixed gas detection systems are a series of monitors and sensors that are connected to a controller or alarm system.  These monitors may send signals to the controller or alarm for different zones in your facility.  This enables all the readings to be in one central location.  There are many different configurations for fixed systems which are capable of monitoring numerous gases in a large area and provide warnings to workers of unsafe conditions.  Some monitors can also be setup to run Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s) to enable cost savings by running exhaust fans only when needed to keep work areas safe.  Fixed gas detection systems are typically installed in closed parking garages, manufacturing facilities, battery charging areas and anywhere health and safety are concerned.
